CORPORATE OFFICE SPACE:
SECOND YEAR DESIGN STUDIO
Design Completion: May 2009
Project Duration: 8 weeks
Medium: Sketch-up, Podium, Photoshop, Watercolors, Pen and Ink
In approaching the design of the Environmental Defense Fund headquarters, my main objective was to create a space that encourages interaction and collaboration by use of permeating spaces, people, and energy. The mission goals, approaches, and work areas each consist of four seperate parts that in totality strengthen and enhance both the short and long term goals of the EDF. Utilizing this four-part structure to inform the overall design of the space will develop cohesion between the workspace and the vision of the EDF.
