The vision of this project is to provide a full circle mealtime experience to the community and visitors by combining agricultural, food preparation, and dining processes in a self-sustaining way. Community members would be encouraged to spend time in the gardens and help with meal preparation in return for a delicious, organic meal. Those passing through could also pay to eat in the restaurant, generating income for operations and maintenance. Alternative energy methods, landfill diversion, and other environmental measures are utilized effortlessly.
